How much does a report cost?
A single report is $9.99, pay-per-address, no subscription required. If you’re comparing more than one property, bundles work out cheaper per report: 3 reports for $19.99 ($6.66 each) or 5 for $29.99 ($6.00 each). All options are one-time payments via Stripe — no recurring charge.
How do report bundles work?
Buy a 3- or 5-report bundle and you get that many credits tied to your email, valid for 90 days. Use one immediately on the address you’re checking out with, then come back anytime and look up a different address — we’ll send a one-time sign-in link to your email to verify it’s really you before spending another credit, so nobody else can use up your bundle just by knowing your email.
Is the free report actually free?
Yes — one free report credit per email address, no card required. Enter your email, confirm the one-time sign-in link we send you, and look up any address. The free credit is valid for 30 days from when you claim it.
If I look up the same address twice, do I pay again?
If a report for that exact address was generated recently, we may serve the cached version so you get it instantly. Reports are cached for up to 30 days. After that, or if the property record has changed materially, a fresh report is generated.
What happens if payment succeeds but the report fails to generate?
This shouldn’t happen, but if a report fails partway through (for example, if the address can’t be geocoded), you’ll see a clear error instead of a broken report, and no charge should be left dangling against it. If you were charged and didn’t receive a usable report, contact support with your confirmation email.
